Nolan is the managing attorney at Kern Law Practice. Nolan attended the University of Sioux Falls for undergraduate school before attending the University of South Dakota Knutson School. He enjoys working closely with clients in order to ensure that their legal needs are met in a personable way. Nolan took a diverse range of classes while in law school, allowing him to assist clients with a broad range of legal issues. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, and being outdoors in any facet.

Chloe Jefferies Kern

Director of Legal Operations 

Chloe is the Director of Legal Operations at Kern Law Practices. Chloe attended the University of Sioux Falls for undergraduate school before attending the University of South Dakota Knutson School of Law. Chloe ensures that Kern Law Practice is running smoothly by scheduling meetings, keeping track of client progress, and helping manage our various forms of media. When Chloe is not working at Kern Law Practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.
